Our mission
The ERE market offers enormous opportunities for organisations with charging infrastructure. But the complexity of regulations, audits and data processing keeps much value locked away. Compliance2Cash was founded to structurally and reliably unlock this value.
EREs are new; we are not. EREs are the successor to HBEs, and we have known that chain for years: as auditors of companies that registered HBEs, and as observers of the market, the buyers and the trading prices. What we saw go wrong there is the basis of our platform.
We believe that every kilowatt-hour used for electric transport deserves its full economic value. Our platform and services are designed to make that possible — at scale, under your own brand, with full compliance.
Why we exist
As auditors of HBE registrants we saw for years how value was lost through manual processes, opaque revenue models and underestimated compliance requirements. Compliance2Cash solves this structurally.

Our team
Compliance2Cash was founded by Berend and Ludo Breman. Berend spent years auditing the companies that registered HBEs; Ludo has worked for decades in the certification sector and in software development. The company is further supported by an experienced back office team that ensures the smooth execution of daily operations.

Berend spent years auditing companies that registered HBEs, the predecessor of EREs, and saw first-hand where files fell short. He knows the market, the buyers and the trading prices from practice and follows the move to EREs and RED III closely. That knowledge shapes how Compliance2Cash reviews, registers and sells.

CTO
